Folio features brass CEO in "Ten Under 30" cover story

brass CEO Bryan Sims on the cover of FolioFolio magazine chose brass CEO Bryan Sims for the cover of its November issue, part of it's feature titled "Rising Stars: Ten Under 30."

Folio, a trade publication focused on the magazine industry, profiled emerging leaders for the issue's main story. In it, Sims recounted brass' founding and tenacious search for investors early on.

"I probably pitched close to 200 people and ended up with eight investors," Sims said in the article. "We ran it out of the garage and got paid up front."

brass' flagship publication, brass|MAGAZINE is written for young adults, by young adults to highlight the money side of life™. The magazine is published quarterly and distributed through credit union sponsorships.

Today, brass|MAGAZINE is distributed to more than 450,000 young adults each quarter. Of those, tens of thousands of high school students are reached through the brass|STUDENT PROGRAM, which makes brass content available free of charge to high schools around the country with materials for students and in-class resources for teachers.
